• Landscape Foreman

  Lead landscape installation crews while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to Donado quality standards.

  Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train crew members
  • Manage project timelines and daily tasks
  • Read landscape plans and layouts
  • Communicate with project managers and clients
  • Ensure quality craftsmanship on all projects
  • Requirements
  • 3+ years of landscaping experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of irrigation, grading, planting, and hardscape installation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Hardscape Installer

• Mason / Stoneworker

  Install premium outdoor living features including patios, retaining walls, fire pits, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and stone features.

  Responsibilities

  • Install pavers, stone, retaining walls, and outdoor features
  • Operate compact equipment and power tools
  • Prepare base materials and grading
  • Ensure precision craftsmanship and finish quality
  • Requirements
  • Experience with hardscape installation
  • Knowledge of paver systems and stonework
  • Ability to read measurements and layouts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Landscape Designer

• Irrigation Technician

  Install, maintain, and troubleshooting irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.

  Responsibilities

  • Diagnose irrigation issues
  • Install and repair sprinkler systems
  • Program irrigation controllers
  • Perform seasonal system maintenance
  • Requirements
  • Irrigation experience preferred
  • Understanding of valves, wiring, and controllers
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
